Before
Fill out the intake forms
This should have been made available to you when booking your appointment. If you did not see this, please check your email or contact us for help.
Drink water and have something to eat
This helps us to access your veins more easily, and ensures a smoother process for you.
Avoid caffeine
Please avoid drinking caffeine, as this can cause dehydration, which can make accessing your veins more challenging.
After your appointment
Typically, you can resume daily activities immediately after your appointment. Be sure to continue to drink water throughout the day. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have following your appointment.
