Cancellation and Deposit Policy
At Bella Infused, we deeply value your time — and ours. To ensure fairness and sustainability for both clients and our small business, we’ve established the following cancellation and deposit policy. Deposits All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your appointment and helps cover:     •    The early review and assessment of your intake forms prior to your visit     •    The cost of medical and aesthetic supplies that may need to be ordered or prepared in advance     •    Compensation for lost time or materials in the event of a no-show or late cancellation Cancellations & Fees We completely understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so that we can accommodate another client in your place.     •    Cancellations made 12–24 hours before your appointment will be subject to an additional $25 fee.     •    Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment (or no-shows) will be subject to an additional $50 fee.     •    These fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Rescheduling We are always happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible.     •    Rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice will not require a new deposit — your original one will transfer to your new appointment time.     •    Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new $50 deposit to secure the new spot. Why This Policy Exists As a small, independently run business, every appointment slot matters. Late cancellations or no-shows directly affect our ability to serve other clients and maintain a steady income. Think of it this way — imagine showing up to work and being told you’re no longer needed for the day and won’t be paid. This policy simply helps protect the time, preparation, and resources that go into each appointment so we can continue providing quality care for every client. Agreement By booking your appointment, you automatically agree to this cancellation and deposit policy.
